Shipping Policy

At MathRenew, shipping is fast and FREE within the United States.

Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. government holidays. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

All orders ship from Tennessee, United States.

Shipment tracking information is provided for all orders once your order has shipped.

Typical delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Return Policy

At MathRenew, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return policy on all purchases.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must have proof of purchase
  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mathrenew.com or call 615-522-6168.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to:

  1. Return the original item following the instructions above
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item on our website
